You can support our mission and further our goals by occasionally volunteering or volunteering in an on-going fashion on our Fundraising, Outreach or Program Committee. Consider becoming a Leadership Team member (aka Board Member)! Help drive Washington's Sustainable Agriculture agenda and work.

General Organizational Volunteer Tasks (partial list)
- Graphic design for and development of public relation and fundraising materials such as flyers, event announcements and newsletter
- Staff our display table at events around the state
- Track media coverage about the Network
- Foundation and fundraising research
- Member and prospect outreach
- Office assistance with mailings
Volunteer on a Committee
Organizational Committees
- Outreach Committee—responsible for educating and creating public awareness about the Network’s mission and related program issues. Develops and distributes materials.
- Fundraising Committee—responsible for securing funding and in-kind resources as well as develops relationships with which to carry out the Network’s mission and programs.
Program Committee
- Responsible for developing and carrying out strategies to promote implementation of sustainable farming and ranching practices around the state, for obtaining funding to research and disseminate to farmers new sustainable practices. Also responsible for developing markets for local, organic & sustainably-grown foods.
Possible tasks include research, media outreach, advocacy, organizing, developing campaign materials and other staff and Leadership Team support. Tasks depend on the needs of the committees and skills and interests of the volunteer.
